We have extensive experience with complex legal transaction in big firms and as the general counsel for a business, we bring all of this experience to our clients at a fraction of the cost.
As a client we always wanted a plain English description of the issues, an analysis of the risks and ultimately a recommendation on the best path to accomplish what we wanted to do in the most cost effective manner possible. We strive to eliminate (or at least help translate) the jargon surrounding legal issues and give you an honest analysis with a recommendation.
Our desire is to partner with our clients, learn their business as well as any of their employees, take a vested interest in their success, and help navigate the legal issues facing them every day. For some business clients we even act as outsourced general counsel and, whenever we are able to do so, give clients the option of a fixed fee at the start of a matter.
